about samesame.media

Samesame.media helps lawyers to share their expertise online.
Samesame.media is about sharing helpfull content.
How often do you turn to Google to find information about medical issues for instance, or technical stuff?
Do you appreciate the information online, written by the experts? Would you hire them if you can’t fix it yourself?
Would you be willing to return the favor, by sharing about your expertise?
Samesame.media helps you to share your expertise. We offer you a LinkedIn course, especially for lawyers.
And we created two websites about niches within family law: international child relocation and international divorces. These websites offer a combination of usefull information written by the experts and a list of the experts from many different countries.
our websites:

Unfortunately, it regularly happens that parents get into conflicts about relocating with children (before, during or after the parents separate).
his leads to conflicts and lawsuits. It leads to tension, stress and uncertainty.
Also for the children. The children suffer from the conflicts between the parents, but also from the lack of contact with the other parent and not knowing where they will grow up. Where they will go to school.
This can be prevented by paying more attention to this issue and sharing knowledge about the options available to ensure consent from the other parent, or court permission, prior to a move. And for well-thought-out international access arrangements.
The lawyers on this website share their knowledge and experience with international child abduction and child relocation. They write the Country Pages and blogs. And on their profile page, they answer questions about their experience and their views on this topic.

Divorce is a complicated phase in a person’s life, where many decisions have to be made. That is hard enough as it is.
But what if you got married in another country? Which marital property regime applies then?
What if you have property in another country that needs to be divided? How to make sure the divorce decree is recognised and enforceable?
What if child support has to be paid in another country? How do you calculate capacity and need?
On this website, spouses and lawyers can quickly get a first impression of how things are legally regulated in that other country and what to look out for. The Country Reporters write on the Country Pages a comprehensive overview of the divorce procedure, what decisions the court can make, what treaties apply and so on.
In addition, the website shows a list of specialised lawyers, country by country.
about me

I absolutely love LinkedIn. I love to stay informed about developments, events and interesting court decisions.
I love reading what my colleagues share about their work, their achievements and their aspirations.
It’s great to see how lawyers can share their knowledge with each other and give tips and advice to the public and potential clients. Lawyers can add great value when commenting on current affairs from a legal perspective.
LinkedIn gives you a wonderful opportunity to share your interests, show what you love to work on and who you like to work for. Then your ideal clients will find you online.
Of course lawyers don’t have time to become an expert on copy writing and video editing. But you can learn the basics.
I have always had a special interest in creating websites, marketing, writing and design.
On my timeline I read posts not only from lawyers, but also from marketing experts, LinkedIn guru’s, copy writers, video editors and other creative minds.
I pick from their minds what you and I need to create a professional online presence. And I share this with you in my online course.
As much as I would love to share everything I read, I know I must keep this as simple as possible, because for you LinkedIn is not your hobby, but a means to an end. So, I will keep it short. In the end, the most important thing is what you have to say, not the images and designs.

About the course

Lawyers on LinkedIn is a very basic, no-nonsense course about how you can present yourself on Linkedin. Full of practical tips. But we also give you advice about on how to create a marketing plan for your personal brand or for your law firm.
We show lots of screen shots from LinkdIn from big firms and small firms, from many different countries, so you can learn from your colleagues.
You can read the lessons in any order you please and skip what you think is not relevant for you.
We are positive that this course will improve your activities online and make you feel like you know what you are doing. You will expend your network and make yourself visible for potential clients and opportunities.
